Responsibilities: 1) Review, draft, and facilitate a variety of commercial agreement types on a daily basis (i.e., sales agreements, inbound services agreements, consulting agreements, professional service agreements, SaaS agreements, software licenses, and other agreement types) to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerance; 2) Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes, including further centralization and standardization; 3) Advise business clients, as well as other company colleagues, on legal issues and risks, complex agreement structures, approval processes, company policies and procedures, IP concepts, and facilitation strategy.
