The primary responsibilities of this role, Sr Asst General Counsel, are to manage and coordinate various litigation matters in the life sciences industries (pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter products, medical devices, animal health, crop protection and pest control products) including mass tort litigation in multiple active and risk-oriented jurisdictions, which may include coordinated proceedings in federal and/or state courts, claims involving class action defense, commercial litigation, commercial and other general litigation, government investigations and litigation counseling to the various business units
