What you’ll do in your role: 1) Responds to complex legal demands involved in the investigation of major crimes and national security incidents by implementing and troubleshooting the interception of network elements using specialized LER systems; 2) With little or no supervision interacts with state and federal law enforcement officers about the aforementioned network surveillance demands; 3) Utilizes LER, Engineering and Customer Care systems according to predefined guidelines to code, compile, report and respond to records requests.
