The purpose and function of the Software and Emerging Technologies Agreement Counsel is to provide high quality, proactive legal services and advice on a timely and cost-effective basis for moderate to complex matters to a variety of Honda companies throughout the North American Region to help minimize legal risks. Due to the increasing amount of matters involving software and electrification, we need someone who is capable of understanding the technology to provide appropriate intellectual property advice as part of agreement review.
