Practical Law is looking for a Technology Transactions Editor who has a passion for research and writing on legal topics to create attorney-specific resources for our Intellectual Property & Technology Service. In this opportunity as a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, you will: 1) Develop and maintain technology transactions and counselling legal-know how content to be published on Practical Law’s online services; 2) Draft, write, and edit a wide-range of original technology transactions resources, including annotated standard form documents, practice guidance notes, and checklists in accordance with Practical Law writing style.
