The Senior Litigation Counsel serves as a major resource to the Chief, Deputy Chief, and Assistant Chiefs. Develops significant program policy and legislative tasks and coordinates briefings with senior management, the Assistant Attorney General, and the Deputy Assistant Attorneys General on significant developments in assigned matters and recommends specific courses of action.
