Under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Litigation (“SVP”), the Senior Litigation Counsel, Content Protection (Americas) is responsible for executing the strategy for and managing all anti-piracy legal matters in the United States and Latin America (“LATAM”) on behalf of the Motion Picture Association, Inc. (“MPA”), the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (“ACE”), and MPA/ACE member companies, as well as assisting with other key litigation and advocacy initiatives. The Senior Counsel will also work closely with the SVP to develop enforcement strategies for the U.S. and LATAM, build consensus and support on objectives and goals, and manage outside counsel.
