The Senior Legal Counsel - Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations will be part of a team that provides litigation and investigations-related advice, guidance, and support to HSBC North America Holdings Inc.’s operating subsidiaries in the United States. The attorney will manage a portfolio of matters involving the company; direct outside counsel where applicable; and partner with various other functions across the HSBC enterprise to manage risk and protect the company.
