As Senior Legal Counsel in Fidelity’s Asset Management Legal Group, you will be responsible for supporting Fidelity’s Fund and Investment Operations business unit, which provides operational processing for Fidelity’s full line of mutual funds and institutional products, including trade processing, fund accounting and valuation, custodian bank reporting and oversight and fund reporting. From time to time, the Senior Legal Counsel will also support Fidelity’s Treasurer’s Office, which provides oversight of the funds’ operations and services providers, and manages the Sarbanes-Oxley program for Fidelity’s mutual funds, including the certification of the funds’ financial statements.
