As Senior Legal Counsel in Fidelity’s Asset Management Legal Group, you will be responsible for supporting the Board meeting process and providing advice to Fidelity’s Board Operations team on matters related to the Fidelity funds’ Boards of Trustees. You will also work closely with counsel to the funds and the Independent Trustees and a wide range of senior members of investment management, the fund Treasurer’s Office, Product Governance, Board Finance, and Compliance.
