The Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Food Law & Product Safety is responsible for ensuring that The Coca-Cola Company’s Food Law & Product Safety legal support is globally focused and facilitates increasing and maintaining competitive advantage while identifying manageable and appropriate risks. Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Food Law & Product Safety will actively counsel, support and assist the business in maximizing opportunities and managing risk in the areas of food law compliance, advertising substantiation and litigation, particularly in connection with public communications regarding the Company’s beverages and the development of new products.
