The Senior Legal Counsel, Global Procurement & IT will report directly to the Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Global Procurement and IT, and will provide support for negotiations to advance the Company’s strategic plan to source goods and services for both direct and indirect procurement, IT, General & Administrative procurement, Equipment, Logistics, Agricultural Commodities (including the Juice-G2G, Coffee, Tea and Milk categories) and also support the strategic collaborative Company and bottling system procurement program known as the Cross Enterprise Procurement Group or “CEPG”.
