Seeking a seasoned immigration attorney to play a strategic advisor role to enterprise-wide stakeholders regarding issues related to global immigration matters. In this critical role you will be a key member of the Employment Law legal team and will provide advice and counsel to ensure PayPal’s Global immigration program is operating in compliance with all jurisdiction specific rules/laws/regulations. Will provide strategic and business-focused advice on a wide variety of immigration issues. As a member of the Legal team, you will partner closely with HR (e.g., Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, HRBP etc.) and business orgs to ensure that immigration programs, policies and practices are designed and implemented with compliance and employee experience front-and-center.
