This is an attorney that specializes in labor and employment laws & regulations. The Senior Labor and Employment Counsel has responsibility for advising human resources and management on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including but not limited to anti-discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, leaves of absence, and restructuring. The role also provides guidance and counsel in union negotiations and union relations matters. In addition, the role is responsible for defending the company (and/or managing outside counsel) in employment related litigation, agency matters and arbitrations. The role reports to the Executive Labor Counsel for GE Aerospace.
