The purpose of the Senior IP Counsel role is to utilize high level expertise, perform complex IP activities independently and lead collaboration with other IP associates on IP matters, for global projects and local projects in China: 1) To advise and strategically partner with the business incl. business leaders of different disease areas at a global level and Chinese local level with respect to IP and exclusivity; 2) To contribute to the development of operational and strategic objectives within the Department and eventually cross-divisional
