The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior IP Paralegal, are to: 1) File patent applications, preparation and filing of associated documents, management of prosecution through the life of the application; 2) Perform management of, including obtaining signature on various documents like notarization and legalization of those documents, as required; 3) Review correspondence and documents from outside counsel and the USPTO for accuracy; 4) Maintain the electronic files and de-docket actions appropriately
