The Corporate Secretarial and Disclosure Group in the Legal Department is seeking an outstanding attorney to join its public company governance and disclosure team. The role will have particular focus on executive compensation and related governance and securities matters. The attorney will work closely with the rest of the Secretary's team, as well as BNY Mellon's People Team, Investor Relations, and other groups within the company and the Legal Department to advise Senior Management and the Board on key governance and executive compensation matters.
