A+E Networks has an open position for a transactional attorney who will provide support to all divisions commissioning, licensing, and/or producing content for any of A+E Networks’ brands. Responsibilities: 1) Negotiate and draft (as well as supervise the drafting of other department members) a wide variety of agreements relating primarily to nonfiction/real life/documentary projects; 2) Interact with internal clients , as well as individuals at external companies to gather the necessary information to effectively draft and negotiate the applicable agreements, and respond to comments effectively and quickly
