Shake Shack is looking for an accomplished attorney to strengthen its Legal function and support the company in its growth plans, while ensuring ongoing risk management and compliance. The Senior Employment Counsel role will provide employment law counsel and advice in support of the company’s operations. The attorney will be a key strategic advisor to People Resources and other business leaders, and serve as a critical link between the Shacks, People Resources and the Legal department. This is a Senior Director level position, and is eligible for public company equity awards.
