In this role you will: 1) Provide front-line legal product support for a co-brand credit card program; 2) Interpret underlying partnership agreements and draft amendments to assigned co-brand credit card agreements; 3) Proactively identify policy, legal, and regulatory matters pertaining to area of expertise, and evaluates the legal risk and impact including TILA, ECOA, and FCRA.
