The position provides strategic and practical advice to global business and legal partners. Responsibilities for this key position include management and coordination of Kraft Heinz’s extensive global trademark matters- including leading all aspects of the prosecution- maintenance- and protection of the Company’s global trademarks; drafting and negotiating trademark agreements with third parties; selecting and leading outside counsel; handling budgets; counseling clients on trademark matters; and assisting with intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
