The attorney in this role will be responsible for providing legal support to the Sourcing group and other lines of business, specifically IT/IS, with respect to technology transactions and enterprise risk related contractual terms. The role will require the relevant attorney to be able to evaluate contract terms and conditions to evaluate potential risks to the entire Bancorp organization, spot potential issues and areas of liability, and work within the framework of the Bancorp’s risk organization to negotiate appropriate protections while continuing to enable business pursuits.
