What you’ll do: 1) Provide strategic legal advice and practical solutions to the Sourcing organization on a wide range of commercial legal and compliance matters while partnering with internal and external legal partners across the globe; 2) Provide timely and effective legal advice and counsel to a broad assortment of clients on a variety of topics with a particular emphasis on commercial agreements, competitive bidding and contracting processes; 3) Provide strategic legal advice and practical solutions for new business and contracting models; commercial sourcing services; diversity of sourcing (e.g., country of origin); organizational structures and related corporate governance
