You’ll make an impact by: 1) Providing strategic legal advice and practical solutions to the Sourcing organization on a wide range of commercial legal and compliance matters while partnering with internal and external legal partners across the globe; 2) Providing timely and effective legal advice and counsel to a broad assortment of clients on a variety of topics with a particular emphasis on commercial agreements, competitive bidding and contracting processes.
