As Senior Counsel on the Legal Investigations Team, part of the larger Global Investigations organization, your primary responsibility will be directing some of the most significant internal investigations for the company globally. The Legal Investigations role is unique in that the primary objective is to conduct thorough, objective and independent investigations, in order to fully uncover wrongdoing. Unlike some legal roles, which may focus more on defense of the company, the Legal Investigations role is focused on truly getting to the bottom of the improper behavior at issue, or clearly identifying control or policy gaps, so that the improper behaviors may be addressed and appropriate remediation may be undertaken.
