Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Counsel for the Complex Subpoena and Garnishment team of the Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement, Investigations & Intellectual Property Division of the Legal Department. The individual selected will join a team of Legal Order Processing attorneys responsible for handling complex subpoena and garnishment matters impacting Wells Fargo Bank and the Enterprise. These matters include complex civil and criminal subpoenas, federal and state grand jury subpoenas, administrative agency subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and subpoenas served by state regulators/AGs.
