The successful candidate will have subject matter expertise in a broad range of commercial transactions including experience with privacy and data protection, with a primary focus on procurement and commercial contracts including outsourcing (BPO/ITO), master service agreements, statements of work, master software licensing and software as a service agreements, and other sourcing, IT and technology related matters necessary for Aon’s operations.
