You’ll make an impact by: 1) Negotiating a high volume and broad range of complex contracts including global MSAs and associated market-level addendums / SOWs across business units such as procurement, supply chain and e-commerce; 2) Completing legal work related to transactions such as transitional agreements with divested entities and ongoing amendments to same.
