The Senior Counsel - Sales & Marketing role supports the brands and their respective marketing, communications, product development, aftersales, customer experience, digital, sustainability, and sales teams by providing timely, ongoing, on-demand legal counsel and strategic guidance on advertising, marketing, sales, and communications activities. This role will advise on retail, digital advertising, social media, and commercial transactions, as well as core advertising law areas such as FTC compliance and claim substantiation, intellectual property, telemarketing, and CAN-SPAM. This role will also support the business units as needed by providing legal advice on regulatory, litigation and pre-litigation counseling.
