AbbVie is searching for an in-house patent prosecution Counsel or Senior Counsel for our Intellectual Property Prosecution group. This position will be based in our South San Francisco or North Chicago headquarters location with a hybrid work model (on site 3+ days/week). Acting individually and in cross-functional teams, the in-house Senior Counsel/Counsel will develop and implement intellectual property strategy for AbbVie’s products and product candidates.
