This role is focused on providing legal guidance, interpretation, advice, and recommendations for action to internal stakeholders and senior/executive Walgreens Health management regarding laws and regulations in the healthcare industry; serving as a subject matter expert by providing legal advice and interpretation of new legal requirements, as well as applicability to Walgreens Health’s business; and providing legal advice and recommendations for action to executives and management regarding complex matters such as value-based care arrangements, clinical program design and operations, corporate practice of medicine, telehealth, and other healthcare services, and structuring transactions with a wide range of potential stakeholders or partners.
