The role would report directly to Corporate Secretary & Deputy General Counsel – Corporate Governance & Securities, and responsibilities will cover the entire spectrum of corporate and securities matters that confront a large public U.S. company, including preparing and reviewing SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements, section 16 filings, filings with the NASDAQ, assisting with matters related to the board of directors and advising on corporate governance, investor relations, tax and treasury-related matters.
