The Senior Counsel will lead the enhancement of Ekata’s privacy program while collaborating closely with Mastercard product teams to ensure compliance of identity products with existing and emerging privacy and data-related laws applicable to fraud and identity. The position will report to the Senior Managing Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions. It will be a member of the Global Mastercard Privacy & Data Protection team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think and act both strategically and tactically with respect to the needs of business clients and their objectives while ensuring that Mastercard C&I products remain compliant with privacy and data-related laws.
