The Senior Counsel, Litigation, position is responsible for successfully managing litigation and claims involving the Company and providing advice and counsel to the business on a broad range of quality, product safety and product compliance matters. The Senior Counsel will be part of a team of legal professionals with a mission to deliver top-quality, strategic and cost-conscious legal solutions to business issues, leveraging technology to increase efficiency and drive value to the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proactive partner who can support a wide assortment of day-to-day needs and long-term projects and will have prior experience representing manufacturing companies.​
