As Senior Counsel, Global Employee Benefits, you will be a member of HP's worldwide Employment Law Team and report to the Associate General Counsel, Global Head of Employment Law. The ideal candidate considers legal and reputational risk as well as operational considerations for a large employer, and provides clear advice to clients, analyzes legal problems and conducts thorough legal research, can manage and prioritize their workload efficiently without excessive supervision, and is skilled in interacting and communicating clearly with human resources and finance professionals, other legal colleagues, and internal clients at all levels.
