The Senior Counsel position is responsible for providing advice and counsel to the Company on a broad range of employment and labor legal issues and managing disputes against Southwire and its affiliated and subsidiary companies. The Senior Counsel will be part of a team of legal professionals with a mission to deliver top-quality, strategic and cost-conscious legal solutions to business issues, leveraging technology to increase efficiency and drive value to the organization.
