The American Red Cross seeks a highly motivated and proactive team player to serve as Senior Counsel within the Employment and Labor team of the Office of General Counsel. This team consists of three attorneys and two paralegals who partner with our Human Resources department and business stakeholders to provide expert advice on employment matters and who oversee all employment, labor, and benefits legal matters. The successful candidate will embrace collaboration and possess intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges in furtherance of the organization’s humanitarian mission.
