Job Responsibilities: 1) As part of the Company’s in-house data privacy and intellectual property legal team, you are responsible for data privacy/protection and intellectual property legal matters worldwide; 2) Review a wide range of vendor, IT, SaaS, licensing, and other commercial agreements, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and other commercial provisions; 3) Partner effectively with business units, IT and Corporate Compliance to review, update and manage website privacy notices, consistent with changes in the global data privacy/protection regulatory landscape and Company digital marketing/e-commerce initiatives.
