The Senior Counsel, Commercial & LATAM will provide commercial legal advice and counsel to various internal teams, primarily to Under Armour’s global product supply, supply chain, and logistics teams. Support for these teams includes structuring, drafting, reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and interpreting a wide range of contracts and related documents. This Senior Counsel will also oversee legal work for the LATAM region in collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts, including providing general legal advice and counsel across multiple disciplines such as DTC, wholesale distribution, sports marketing, brand marketing, tax, import/export, compliance, and dispute resolution.
