The position will support a wide variety of legal functions for Paramount Streaming services, particularly digital distribution of Paramount+, Pluto TV, and Paramount Streaming’s other apps and channels as well as general commercial support for certain digital properties, such as: 1) Negotiating, drafting and analyzing digital distribution agreements (including monetization and advertising), strategic partnerships, and software and technology licenses, and 2) Support for digital business teams with legal advice across many subject areas including privacy and data protection laws and regulations, regulatory compliance, and corporate compliance.
