Responsibilities include engaging product managers, developers and engineers to identify protectable aspects of their innovations; working with outside counsel on the preparation, filing, and prosecution of our US and foreign patent portfolio; direct client counseling regarding IP issues arising within the context of product development, business transactions, machine learning dataset and model acquisition, development, and use; analysis of our patent portfolio; and assessment of IP risk from third parties.
