We're looking for a products counseling attorney to support some of AWS’s most cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning tools and services. In this role, you will work directly with the business team as lead counsel to develop new machine learning focused products and services, with duties including: identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies; advising on regulatory and compliance matters, privacy, intellectual property, and go-to-market strategy; drafting and negotiating commercial licensing agreements; providing day-to-day input on business strategy; and analyzing and contributing to AI/ML policy positions around the world.
