We're looking for a products counseling attorney to support some of AWS’s most innovative computing tools and services. In this role, you will work directly with the business team as lead counsel to develop new products and services that are deployed at the edge of AWS’s cloud, including AWS Outposts, Local Zones, Private5G, Snow, and with duties including: identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies; advising on regulatory and compliance matters, privacy, intellectual property, and go-to-market strategy; drafting and negotiating commercial licensing agreements; and providing day-to-day input on business strategy.
