As a Senior Attorney - Technology and IP for JD World Headquarters located in Des Moines, IA or Moline, IL, you will lead the legal support for agreements initiated by Deere’s IT organization. Advise and provide support for intellectual property agreements and agreements with higher education institutions. Advise other Global Law Services and Regulatory Affairs Group (GLSRA) members on technology-related terms in other agreements. Partner with Deere supply management attorneys to develop and manage relationships with key outside counsel and alternative legal service providers. Develop and modify technology agreement templates. Collaborate with global GLSRA and Public Affairs colleagues to monitor and ensure compliance with global regulations and impending legislation that may impact Deere's Technology Agreement terms and templates. Stay current on emerging trends in technology, data, and IT law through continuing legal education, industry publications, and participation in professional conferences and associations.
