As a Senior Attorney, Global Trade Compliance for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will have the following responsibilities: 1) Provide legal counsel to the Deere organization on global trade compliance matters, including sanctions, export controls, customs/import, and antiboycott matters; 2) Provide legal and regulatory guidance on the following types of export-related issues: sanctioned party screening, export classification (e.g. ECCN) and licensing, deemed exports, embargoed countries, and other economic sanctions.
