The Senior Attorney will be responsible for supporting legal matters for the Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business. In this role, you will handle commercial contract negotiations and template development, resolve disputes (formal and informal), help formulate and update policies and procedures to manage legal risks and participate in a diverse array of legal matters, including intellectual property matters (in conjunction with internal IP counsel), regulatory compliance, and M&A.
