Lead all phases of responding to government inquiries, and defending against enforcement actions up to and including litigation in state and federal court, either alone or with the assistance of outside counsel, including: 1) Developing creative case strategies to resolve cases appropriately and efficiently; 2) Running matters from initial inquiries through discovery, motion practice, dispositive motions, and trial; 3) Working with paralegals and the internal e-discovery team to satisfy the company’s preservation and production obligations in a time- and cost-efficient manner.
