We are looking for candidates with broad experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions; exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans and workouts. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements and other real estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus.
