We are currently seeking a Vice President/ Assistant General Counsel to join the Real Estate Legal team in Columbus, Ohio. This attorney will handle projects across the United States. Responsibilities will include drafting, negotiation and analysis of agreements for the acquisition and/or disposition of real property via purchase, sale or lease, analysis of existing lease agreements to address JPM’s flexibility in positioning its real estate portfolio, advising GRE and Retail Real Estate management teams on various construction and real estate projects, and managing outside counsel. The Real Estate Legal Group works closely with GRE and Retail Real Estate, serving as a valuable business partner in addressing risks expeditiously and achieving the client’s goals within the parameters of JPM’s policies and procedures.
