The Procurement Attorney will be responsible for playing a vital role in supporting the firm’s procurement function. This position requires analyzing, drafting, and negotiating a wide array of agreements with key vendors and third parties. You will also provide ad-hoc legal counsel to the procurement team, assisting in the interpretation and analysis of existing agreements and identifying legal and compliance issues and business risks.
